What is a 3D knitted (flyknit) bag?
It is a bag whose body is knitted to shape on a computerised flat-knitting machine – the same family of technology used for knitted shoe uppers. The machine knits the panel in its final outline with the pattern and logo built into the fabric, so there is far less cutting and sewing than with a woven-fabric bag.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Many stock designs start from 2 pcs, so you can test styles. Custom colours, jacquard patterns and logos start from about 300 pcs per design; each quotation states the exact MOQ.
How long do samples and production take?
Samples take about 7–10 days after you approve the digital proof and yarn colours. Production takes about 25–35 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and pattern.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
