Do I pay for samples?
Sample terms depend on the style and customisation; they are stated on your quotation.
Can you ship to a marketplace warehouse or my forwarder?
Yes – to your office, a forwarder in China, a 3PL or a marketplace fulfilment centre, labelled to your instructions.
What if goods don't match the approved sample?
The approved sample is the standard for the order. Report any difference within the period on your quotation and we will repair, replace or refund the affected goods.
